Welcome to Polymarket, located at polymarket-dex.gr.com (“Polymarket”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Polymarket decentralized prediction market platform, which enables users to trade on the outcomes of real-world events using blockchain technology. By accessing or using Polymarket, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use Polymarket.

1. Eligibility

By using Polymarket, you represent and warrant that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
  • Have the legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms.
  • Are not located in, or a resident or citizen of, any jurisdiction where use of prediction markets or decentralized finance platforms is prohibited by law, regulation, or other governmental authority.
  • Are not subject to sanctions or restrictions imposed by any governmental authority or international body, including but not limited to the United Nations, European Union, or United States government.

2. Description of Service

Polymarket provides a decentralized, non-custodial platform at polymarket-dex.gr.com that allows users to create, participate in, and resolve prediction markets on real-world event outcomes. Users interact directly with smart contracts on supported blockchains, without intermediaries. Polymarket does not hold user funds, does not act as a broker, and does not provide investment advice.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Polymarket complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you, including but not limited to those relating to online gambling, financial services, and taxation.
  • Wallet Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your digital wallet, private keys, and recovery phrases. Polymarket is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your wallet.
  • Market Participation: You acknowledge that all trades are final, irreversible, and executed directly on the blockchain. You are responsible for verifying all transaction details before submission.
  • Event Outcomes: You understand that event outcomes may be determined by decentralized oracles or other mechanisms, and that disputes may arise. Polymarket has no control over the resolution of outcomes or the operation of oracles.

4. Prohibited Activities

When using Polymarket at polymarket-dex.gr.com, you agree not to:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful code.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Polymarket, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of polymarket-dex.gr.com, including but not limited to loss of funds, profits, data, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
